Hose Reels

Ausfire Protection can supply and install fire hose reels which are approved to AS/NZS 1221 to meet your requirements.

Designed for: Fire hose reels are designed to deliver a minimum of 20 liters of water per minute.

Lengths: A fully extended fire hose is normally between 30 and 36 meters.

Used for: They are located to provide an accessible and controlled supply of water to combat a potential “Class A” fire risk. These are fires involving Ordinary combustible material (wood, paper, textiles and rubber).

Types: Various types of Fire Hose Reels are available to meet specific needs.

Service interval: As per the Australian Standard AS1851, fire hose reels must be inspected and certified every 6 months.
